What do I do if my order has damaged, missing, or incorrect product?
We want you to find Peace of mind when ordering product from Salted Peace. We strive to pack products, so they will not be damaged in transit and do our best to double check that all orders are correct before they leave our shop. Sometimes situations occur and your order could arrive damaged or with incorrect or missing items. If this happens, we will do everything we can to correct this situation with as little stress on you as possible. Please contact us on our website letting us know what needs to be fixed on your order and let us take the worry off your shoulders. Please don’t send anything back until you contact us, so we know the best and fastest way to make this situation right.
Our shipments are insured, and we will be happy to replace any item that is incorrect or damaged in transit. We do ask that you to keep all original materials and send us pictures of the damaged or incorrect items. (Please also send any pictures of damaged packaging materials) This will allow us to file any necessary claims with the shipping company, so we can replace those items quickly for you.
What do I do if I just don’t like the product or would like to exchange it for something different?
A happy customer is a peaceful customer, so we offer a 15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. You can return the item for a refund or exchange as long as you contact us first on our website and explain why you want to return the item. We are not able to give refunds on shipping charges or pay for the return shipping back to the store unless the item was damaged, missing, or incorrect.
