A Deep Tissue massage is a deeper more intense massage. This technique uses slow, deep guided strokes and firm pressure designed to relieve severe and/or chronic tension by reaching below the superficial muscles, tendons, and fascia.

Thai massage is performed in loose and comfortable clothing. The therapist uses hands, feet, arms, and legs to assist and gently guide the client into various stretches and yoga-like postures. Cupping involves placing cups on the skin to create suction to facilitate healing with blood flow. Increasing blood circulation where the cups are placed may relieve muscle tension and promote cell repair. Cupping has been used to help treat various conditions, including relief of back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.

Reflexology is performed in 30-minute sessions in which the therapist applies pressure to areas on the feet or the hands to alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. (Results may vary to each individual)
